About HRC Properties

HRC Properties was established in 1996 with the goal of providing high quality real estate services at reasonable prices to the Northern Virginia market.

Helen R. Chapman is the owner/broker and has been a Virginia Realtor for over 18 years. She has also been a licensed real estate instructor for over 10 years, teaching continuing education, pre-licensing for real estate, and real estate brokerage.

HRC Properties achieves its goals by keeping overhead low, adhering to a sensible marketing plan, and letting you select the level of service that best fits your time and budget constraints. In fact, we call this program FLEXCOMM(SM), which is a term we use to describe our flexible commission structure.

While HRC Properties offers you a negotiable commission, we take pride in "Marketing Your Home to the MAX"(SM)!
